Regali Inc + Hudson Group and HMSHost, an Avolta company, formed a joint venture to focus on expanding concessions contracts at DFW International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport in 2010. Regali JV manages joint venture agreements with several national prime concession entities and brands.

Concessions portfolio includes various retail brands such as Tumi, Desigual, Hudson News, Hudson Nonstop, Westend News, Fair Park, MAC, and Creative KidsStuff.

Food & Beverage brands include Dunkin', Baskin, Jason’s Deli, TexPress, and a Chef-Driven concept called Plum Market at DFW.
